Hello friends,
This is the beginning of my new line of Wild Flutes.

All these creations will be made from things I collect, cure and craft from objects around me.
I am not attempting to bejewel these instruments, nor compete with the large flute factories churning out thousands a year.
These flutes are meant to maintain their wildness, raw and warm, like the plants they come from.
If you are looking for something that perfectly blends into the natural environment, with a professional sound, this is the flute for you!

This flute is a bit of a departure from my normal creations.
This year, I have decided to work again with the amazing local bamboo material I have curing from 2 years ago.
Bamboo, Sunflower and many other natural stalks are a perfect plant to use for flute creation!
With a warm and inviting tone, you will find this flute perfectly matched to the forest and rivers!
A Leather flute track cover the air track.

This flute awaits the healing hands of a nimble player,  giving you greater portability while not sacrificing the sound quality.

After drying, curing and darkening, this instrument was tuned, then coated for longevity.
Wild flutes are designed from for travel and this particular scale will suite any outdoor adventure!

Bamboo flutes require a bit more care to not sit on, or crush, but are just as durable and any bamboo flute, when cared for properly!

This 17" flute uses a Native American Style fipple for ease of playing; within minutes you will be making a sound.

The scale is a G Minor Pentatonic 440 HZ (G) Bb C D F G

The notes E, G, A, B, and D form the D Major scale. Therefore, a RAV Vast drum with the D Major scale would match these notes. Additionally, the G Pygmy and E Low Pygmy RAV Vasts also feature these notes, as well as the A Integral and D Celtic Minor.

This flute matches the:

E Low Pygmy, C golden Gate, B Celtic/ B Kurd and other B Ravs.

This is a familiar layout for many Native American Style flutes, and will be comfortable for both the new and familiar players!

As these flutes are from natural material, all sound and look unique. 
No two will ever have the same tone, so please listen to the video and decide which fits your style best!
